Gotta love attack ads, that is all Chris Chocola is running... and man is it in overkill.

Anyway, who else paid property taxes late?

Chris Chocola hit Joe Donnelly hard earlier this summer when it was reported that the Democratic challenger for the 2nd District U.S. Congress seat had been delinquent in paying property taxes several times in recent years.

Now, Chocola is on the defensive against news that his company once paid a property tax payment late.

“Chris Chocola should take down his ad,” Donnelly said of the original TV spot. “The fact that he would attack me for late payments when he has also made late payments is just another example of why voters can't trust him.”

I am not sure how this is an issue anyway... he not only paid the taxes but paid more with penalties and such added on.
